BT:IOS UPGRADE

BT Wholesale would like to advise customers that Planned Engineering Work will be conducted on BT’s Broadband Network on 23rd May 2006 from 03:00 hrs, through to 04:00 hrs.

During this period there will be a 20 minute downtime to End Users.

The work is required for an IOS upgrade.

BT Wholesale will endeavour to complete the work promptly.

    This work did not cause any outage, no more sessions than usual dropped during the window.
