Power fail in telford

we are just recovering from a power fail in the telford datacenter

mains power went off at 3am generator started but failed totaly at approx 8:45

main power was restored at 10:10

most services are now back up

Entanet Windows Server Kronos Down

Our Shared Windows Server Kronos has failed and rather than being fixed is being replaced with a new more powerfull server with all the latest software updates. Customers sites and databases will be moved to the new server , which we hope to have operational as quickly as possible. At the moment depending on file recovery/transfer off the old server , the new server should be operational by Miday Today.
