Authentication Issues

Customers and resellers should be advised that we are currently experiencing some authentication issues with dial up, dial unmetered and DSL connections. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency, further updates will be provided as soon as available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    The authentication issues have now been resolved, and we are currently investigating the root cause. We have also amended our monitoring system to provide an earlier warning of any such failure in the future.
