Posted: Wednesday, August 22nd, 2007 at 10:13 by Neil WatsonWe are currently experiencing problems with the database that drives both https://partners.enta.net and our internal fault management system. Engineers are currently working on a fix to this problem and in the process of bringing the database back up. The system must run through several checks before normal functionality is restored.
We aim to have the system available for use within the next 30 – 60 minutes.
Apologies for any inconvenience this issue may cause.

Central 5
Posted: Monday, August 20th, 2007 at 11:05 by Steve LalondeWe have had several users mention that central 5 does not pass a full 1500 byte packet with some routers, we have checked the config our end and nothing seems to be wrong. Based on that I have just raised a fault ticket with BT BOU.
This has only been reported since the second 155 on central 5 was enabled so I have pointed BT at the 3 LTS that serve that segment.
Only a few users have reported any problems with this (less than 1% of the users connected on central 5) and it may well only be affecting users with PMTUD disabled, having PMTUD enabled is good practice so if you are affected check to see if you have it disabled.
More info when BT get back to me.
ADSL trouble
Posted: Sunday, August 19th, 2007 at 21:40 by Steve LalondeWe have had one of our core ADSL routers reboot causing all users to be disconnected from central 3 and 5. Due to the load on the other 3 we will be forcing reconnects to rebalance the load.
Inbound Email issues

Please be aware that this issue is also affecting mail to entagroup.com email addresses, hence requests to support and customer services may receive delayed responses – should you have any urgent issues please feel free to call. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and wish to reassure you that we are working to restore the service to the usual standard.
