Posted: Wednesday, April 30th, 2008 at 07:58 by Neil Watson

We are currently suffering from a hardware failure that is affecting access to many of our internal systems. This failure will impact on the efficiency of our teams in being able to deal with your queries as access to certain information is currently unavailable. We ask that you please bear with us during this period and request your patience when dealing with the teams.

In addition to this partners will not be able to access our Partner Portal and details of customer usage will be affected.

We are working to rectify the situation as quickly as possible and will make a further post when systems are restored.

  1. Steve Lalonde says:

We have applied a temporary repair and systems are now operational again, additional work will be required to apply a permanent fix.

  2. David Derrick says:

Further to the earlier problems, we are now ready to deploy a permanent fix. This will take place at 16:00 and the outage should be for no more than 5 mins. Affected systems include the Partner Site, eBilling and usage figures.

The customer service teams will also be affected during this period and we thank customers for their patience.

  3. David Derrick says:

Work has been completed and all the systems appear to be running normally again.
