Planned Maintenance: 26th July 2008 23.00hrs – 27th July 2008 06.00hrs

Our fiber supplier will be performing maintenance on our Birmingham to Telehouse circuit during the above window. Traffic will be routed via alternative paths during the work and no outage is expected.

During the maintenance window above we will be upgrading the IOS software on telecity-hex.core router. The introduction of the new IOS will require a router reload which will impact users directly connected to this router.

It is anticipated that the reload will take no longer than 10 – 15 minutes to complete.

Emergency Maintenance: Interxion

We have just had a reocourance of the unscheduled rebooting of interxion.core.enta.net. Engineers are now on route with a replacement router.

All customers directly connected to this router will have an outage of up to 1 hour between 02:00 and 05:00 20-07-2008

Note: this router does not affect our xDSL network except for any L2TP feeds single homed via this router.

We have just had the above router reload unexpectedly. Engineers are investiating the cause.

The router is now back up and services should all be restored.

Central Capacity

BT have just confirmed that an additional segment on Central 6 is now active.
