Emergency Maintenance: PWAN

During the maintenance window above we will be reloading one of the Cisco routers that terminates DSL connections. The Router is experiencing a memory leak so a controlled reload is required and we are taking the opportunity to also update this router to the latest IOS. This will only affect DSL connections that terminate inside a PWAN.
