PWAN DSL

We are currently experiencing problems with DSL tails terminating through one of our managed LNSs. Some connections appear to be unable to pass traffic when terminated on this equipment. We are currently looking into this issue and taking measures to work around this problem to restore services to customers whilst the underlying issue is investigated.

    Our Systems team are still investigating, although the symptoms of the issue have dissipated. The team are undergoing a root cause analysis in order that preventative steps can be taken.
