Birmingham IPStream Connect Users

We are investigating the reasons for this problem and engineers will rectify as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience that this will be causing.
Our engineers are continuing to work at resolving this incident, with an engineer dispatched to site to perform on site checks. Remote diagnostics will continue whilst he is en route. In addition, faults have been raised with our suppliers to ensure speediest resolution.
Service has now been restored, we are still investigating the cause.
