L2TP customer incident in Meridian Gate

Affected customers will typically see a loss of traffic over their interconnect. Our network team is aware of the issue and they are currently working to restore service to anyone affected. We apologise for the problems this will cause.
Our engineers have now restored service and will be monitoring the issue throughout the course of the afternoon. We will provide further information as to the cause once we have been able to investigate fully.
