Leasedline Issue

We are currently aware of an issue affecting some customers that have leased lines from us using Virgin Media as the Supplier. Virgin Media are experiencing Power Issues within their Core Network and engineers are currently investigating. We will provide an update when we have something new from Virgin Media.

    We have noticed that a portion of the circuits have now been restored, however Virgin Media engineers are being dispatched to site to investigate further, as some circuits remain unreachable.

    There is no estimated time of repair at the moment, although further updates will follow as and when we have them.

    Power engineers have arrived on site and restored power to the affected equipment, however it remains unreachable. Network engineers are therefore due on site shortly to investigate further.

    Service was restored at approximately 15:25 and our suppliers have confirmed that the issue is now resolved.
