7th October 2010 00:01 – 06:00

During the maintenance window above, we will be working with BT to resolve the packet lost problem on some of the IPSC customers at Edinburgh pop.  All IPSC customers at Edinburgh pop might experience some packet lost through out the maintenance window.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  1. Ming-Yu Hsieh says:

We have narrowed down the fault to a card on the BRAS. However, due to major outage at BT previous day, they have banned all works carried out on BRAS until further notice.

Customers who experienced packet lost has been routed via a secondary link. Following up maintenance will be notified when date has been confirm with BT.
