The earlier instability has been narrowed down to slough.core.enta.net. As a matter of urgency we have upgraded the software version, this process requires a reboot which took place a short time ago.
During this time all directly connected customers without backup services would have been off line. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Engineers have advised that the software upgrade and reboot have been successful. We will continue to monitor as a matter of course.
