Work will be taking place on BT Wholesale’s 21CN Broadband Network which will be carried out from 02:00 to 06:00 on the following dates:
During these times software upgrades to 21C MSANs (Network Elements) will be carried out remotely.
BT advise that customers will experience downtime of around five minutes, however we would ask customers to wait for the maintenance window to close and reboot their routers before contacting the support desk should connectivity issues persist.
