BT Incident – Broadband in Scotland

Serious BT Incident Raised 3rd April 2012 13:53

Summary: BT are currently experiencing a Serious Incident to their network impacting broadband service across all providers in the Scotland (Edinburgh, Glasgow, Carluke & Dunfermline) area. As a result CPs may be experiencing a loss of service. They are investigating the incident and aim to restore service as a matter of urgency.

Next Steps: Support teams are now working to understand the full impact of this incident and the measures to be put in place to restore service.
