Virgin Media Packet Loss

We are aware of an issue causing intermittent packet loss and increased latency on a small number of Virgin Media circuits. Our engineers are currently investigating the cause.

    Adjustments have been made to re-route traffic across alternative paths. Our engineers are continuing their investigation.

    We are aware that the symptoms being seen by users have returned despite the re-routing efforts. Our engineers are continuing to investigate.

    Our engineers have identified the problem and have taken temporary measures to restore and maintain service stability, whilst a more permanent solution is put in place.
