0:01 – 06:00 Friday 28th March 2014

During the above window we will be installing additional core router at Telecity Hex 8&9.

The new router will be connected to the existing router and some core links will be moved to the new router. Where a core link is being moved traffic will be switched to alternate paths before the link is moved.

Some services will be migrated to the new router, we expect downtime of approximately 10 mins during the window.

Affected services are:

  • All wholesale ethernet lines via Telecity Hex 8&9
  • Customer interconnects ( EWCS / Wholesale handoff ) terminating at Telecity Hex 8&9, those affected customers have been contacted directly.
