At Risk: Planned Core Maintenance

During the above maintenance window, we will be undertaking work on the core network.

No down time is expected and all precautions will be taken to avoid any disruption, however during this window routing may take different paths than usual.

Mirada Monitoring

We are currently aware of an issue affecting our Mirada monitoring platform, this will be causing Mirada to falsely show all devices as down.

Engineers are currently investigating.

During the above window Vodafone engineers will be attending our POP location at Sovereign House to conduct a physical inspection of all equipment following the recent service issues.

We do not expect the work to be service affecting.

Incident: Interxion2

We have just experienced a brief period of routing instability to our interxion2.core router. Directly connected leased lines, PWANs and broadband customers would have experienced disrupted service for several minutes. Engineers are currently investigating and further updates will be provided as and when they become available.
