Planned Maintenance: Equinix

During the above window we will be performing a software upgrade and a reload of one of our devices at this location. This is expected to take approximately 1 hour, during which time directly connected customers will lose service. All other traffic will remain unaffected.

Affected services include leased lines and customer interconnects terminated in this location.

Planned Maintenance: Broadband platform

During the above window we will be performing maintenance on our Broadband Platform.

This work is not expected to be customer affecting.

There will be multiple changes to the routing inside the Broadband platform, some customers may see minor packet loss while the network re-converges after each change.

Planned Maintenance: Interxion

During the above window we will be migrating customers off interxion.core.enta.net onto a higher capacity router.

All services will be migrated to the new router, we expect downtime of approximately 1 hour during the window.

Affected services are:

All customer interconnects ( Transit / EWCS / Wholesale handoff / Pseudowire ) terminating at interxion.core.enta.net.

Traffic that would normally be routed through this equipment will be routed via alternate paths.

Planned Maintenance: VoIP Platform

Planned Maintenance on the VoIP platform is due to continue on Tuesday on Thursday each week between 23:00 – 23:30 until further notice.  Users may experience some disruption initiating calls or a disconnection of any call in progress once the work is underway.  In order to ensure the number of users affected is at a minimum, we are looking to complete any maintenance work outside of peak times.

We will comment further on this post should there be any individual dates where the window may be amended.  We will notify via an independent post should the window change indefinitely.
