Thursday 12th August 2010, 00:01hrs – 06:00hrs

During the maintenance window above, We will be performing essential maintenance on our DSL network involving software upgrades and changes to the links between the DSL core sites at Interxion and Telehouse adding additional capacity and increasing resilience.

There will be several short (up to approx 15 minutes) outages during this work while routers are rebooted and DWDM equipment is added to the fibre paths between the sites.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Friday 22nd Jan 2010, 04:00hrs – 04:30hrs

During the maintenance window above the IOS on the router will be upgraded to resolve some configuration issues. This software upgrade will require a reboot of the router which should take approx 10 minutes to complete, during which all directly connected customers will lose connectivity.

Traffic that would normally be routed through this equipment will route via alternate paths.

Outage: Birmingham to London

Posted: Saturday, November 21st, 2009 at 11:24 by Martyn Haynes

The primary path from Birmingham to London is currently down.  Traffic is being routed via alternate paths, there may be a small increase in latency.

We have reported this to our supplier.  More details will be posted as and when they are made available.

Further to the post above I have been advised that this is planned work and will continue for up to 24 hours. Traffic is being routed via alternative paths.
