During the above window we will be performing a software upgrade and a reload of one of our devices at this location. This is expected to take approximately 1 hour, during which time directly connected customers will lose service. All other traffic will remain unaffected.

Affected services include DSL (IPSC and WBC) and leased lines terminated in this location.

During the above window we will be migrating customers off interxion.core.enta.net onto a higher capacity router.

All services will be migrated to the new router, we expect downtime of approximately 1 hour during the window.

Affected services are:

All customer interconnects ( Transit / EWCS / Wholesale handoff / Pseudowire ) terminating at interxion.core.enta.net.

Traffic that would normally be routed through this equipment will be routed via alternate paths.

During the above window we will be replacing interxion2.core.enta.net and migrating customers off of interxion.core.enta.net onto a higher capacity router.

All services will be migrated to the new router, we expect downtime of approximately 1 hour during the window.

Affected services are:

All customer interconnects ( Transit / EWCS / Wholesale handoff / Pseudowire ) terminating at interxion.core.enta.net and interxion2.core.enta.net.

Traffic that would normally be routed through this equipment will be routed via alternate paths.

During the above window we will be replacing hardware in our Redbus Meridian Gate, Telecity Hex 6/7 and Goswell Road locations for higher capacity equipment.

Affected services are:

All customer interconnects ( Transit / EWCS / Wholesale Handoff / Pseudowire ) terminating at redbus-mer.core, redbus-hex.core and goswell.core

For customers directly connected to these locations, an estimated 15-30 minute down time is expected. All other traffic that would normally route through these locations will take alternative paths.
