During the above window our supplier will be carrying out essential power works to one of our racks in this location. No downtime is expected, however all services at this location should be considered at risk for the duration of the window this includes; DSL, Leased lines and Pseudowires terminating at this location.

This will not be carried out concurrently with the planned work at Columbo http://noc.enta.net/2018/10/at-risk-columbo-core/

During the above maintenance window, we will be undertaking work on core links between the above locations as part of ongoing network expansion.

No down time is expected and all precautions will be taken to avoid any disruption, however during this window all three sites should be considered at risk.

Tuesday 3rd July 2018 00:01 – 06:00

During the above window we will be replacing stepneygreen.core.enta.net with a higher capacity router.

All services currently terminated in this location will be migrated on to the new hardware. This includes DSL, Leased lines and Pseudowires terminating at this location. Whilst actual downtime is expected to be no more than 1 hour, the full 6 hours may be required to account for any unforeseen issues.

All other traffic that would normally route through this location will take alternative paths.

During the above window we will be performing a software upgrade and a reload of one of our devices at this location. This is expected to take approximately 1 hour, during which time directly connected customers will lose service. All other traffic will remain unaffected.

Affected services include DSL and leased lines terminated in this location.

During the above window we will be replacing stepneygreen.core.enta.net with a new router.

All services will be migrated to the new router, we expect downtime of approximately 1 hour during the window.

Affected services are:

  • Stepney Green IPSC interconnect
  • Stepney Green WBC interconnect
  • All ethernet lines terminating at Stepney Green
  • All wholesale ethernet lines via Stepney Green

Monday 25th Jan 2010, 04:30hrs – 05:00hrs

During the maintenance window above the IOS on the router will be upgraded to resolve some configuration issues. This software upgrade will require a reboot of the router which should take approx 10 minutes to complete, during which all directly connected customers will lose connectivity.

Traffic that would normally be routed through this equipment will route via alternate paths.
