Planned Maintenance: Interxion & Telehouse East

During the above window we will be completing a planned maintenance to upgrade hardware within telehouse-east4.core & Interxion3.core. No downtime is expected and all precautions will be taken to avoid any disruption, however during this window both sites should be considered at risk.

During the above window we will be completing a planned maintenance to upgrade standby hardware within telehouse-east4.core. Broadband traffic will be steered away from Entanet’s DSL platform in Telehouse to Interxion. Although no downtime is expected during this maintenance window, all other services should be considered at-risk.

No down time is expected and all precautions will be taken to avoid any disruption, however during this window both sites should be considered at risk.

Planned Maintenance: Telehouse-east4.core

Wednesday 9th May 2018 00:01 – 06:00  &  Thursday 10th May 2018 00:01 – 06:00

During the above windows we will be completing planned maintenance to upgrade our core equipment, telehouse-east4.core.enta.net. The maintenance includes a two phased approach within the above windows.

Wednesday 9th May 2018 00:01 – 06:00 – During this window we expect all services currently terminated in this location to have a maximum downtime of 1 hour. Services include Transit, EWCS, Leased lines, Wholesale handoff and Pseudowires. Whilst actual downtime is expected to be no more than 1 hour, the full 6 hours may be required to account for any unforeseen issues. All other traffic that would normally route through this location will take alternative paths.

Thursday 10th May 2018 00:01 – 06:00 – Although no downtime is expected during this maintenance window, all services should be considered at-risk. A full 6 hour maintenance window has been given to account for any unforeseen issues.

Planned Maintenance: Telehouse

Wednesday 9th April 2014 00:00 – 04:00

During the above maintenance window we will be upgrading the software on telehouse-north.core.enta.net and telehouse-east3.core.enta.net, this will require the routers to be rebooted.

No customers are directly connected to these routers and traffic through the routers will be rerouted over alternate paths before the upgrade work begins.

Each router will be offline for approximately 30 mins.

Planned Maintenance: Installation of new core routers.

0:01 – 06:00 Friday 4th October 2013

During the above window we will be installing additional core routers in both Telehouse East and Telehouse North

The new routers will be connected to the existing routers and several core links will be moved to the new routers. Where a core link is being moved traffic will be switched to alternate paths before the link is moved.

No customer circuits will be moved during this work and no downtime is expected.

During the maintenance window above, the telehouse-east2.core.enta.net router will be rebooted for a software upgrade to resolve some configuration issues. This should take less than 30 minutes to complete, during which time all directly connected customers without backup services will be off line.

This work has been scheduled to coincide with existing planned engineering work to reduce the impact on our customers.
