ADSL Packet Loss

Customer may have noticed higher than usual levels of packet loss when connected to our ADSL service last night. This was caused by an unplanned and unauthorised BT IOS upgrade to a router directly associated with the provision of our service, leading to degradation of traffic. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, and wish to reassure you that full service was resumed as soon as possible. We will be raising this issue with BT to ensure no such actions occur in the future.
