Network Incident

We are currently aware of an incident that is affecting all users of our network, including broadband and leased line services, amongst others. Engineers are looking to rectify as soon as possible and we will update as soon as possible.

    The majority of services have now been restored although some residual issues remain. We are continuing to look into these and will advise when fully resolved.

    The network has remained stable, however we’re continuing to investigate the cause of the issue and will update with further information when we have it.

    Our investigations have identified an issue with that caused the earlier routing instability. All traffic except that destined for directly connected devices has been routed around the router to avoid further issues. Planning is currently taking place to replace the hardware involved and further notices will be made with dates and times.

    Please be aware that an incident report will be made available upon successful completion of the upcoming maintenance work to replace which is still currently being scheduled.
