During the above window the server hosting the management platform for our managed firewalls will be replaced to resolve stability and performance problems. The back end database is unaffected so we anticipate no saved reports will be lost but there may be a need to reset the data so customers are advised to save copies of important reports.
While the work is being carried out customers and Support staff will be unable to change filtering policies or view reports, and no new reporting data will be collected. The appliances themselves will be unaffected and urgent changes can be made by the NOC staff.
