We are planning maintenance work on the VoIP platform on both Tuesday 28th February and Thursday 2nd March. Tuesday’s work will be completed between 23:00 – 23:30 and users may experience some disruption initiating calls or a disconnection of any call in progress once the work has begun. Thursday’s window will be confirmed via a further comment on this post upon completion of Tuesday’s activity. In order to ensure the number of users affected is at a minimum, we are looking to complete any maintenance work outside of peak times.
