We are aware BT are performing planned works affecting a number of service aggregators spread across several nodes on our network. Some customers on each node will be affected and will experience an outage of up to ten minutes.
The work is essential for ongoing and improved capacity management on interconnects delivered to Entanet. Any affected customer should reboot their equipment before calling support as this should resolve any unanticipated residual issue.
We are aware of a brief interruption to service for multiple BT Openreach circuits delivered to our Columbo PoP. Initial investigation suggests this was due to a loss of power to one of our cabinets. Service has been restored and engineers are investigating the loss of service with our supplier. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

During the above window we will be commissioning new equipment into the Peterborough POP. The work will require routing adjustments with one of our transit providers. The work is not expected to result in any downtime however the core should be considered at risk for the duration of the window whilst changes are taking place.

During the above window we will be completing a planned maintenance to upgrade standby hardware within telehouse-east4.core. Broadband traffic will be steered away from Entanet’s DSL platform in Telehouse to Interxion. Although no downtime is expected during this maintenance window, all other services should be considered at-risk.
We are aware of a strike on the duct containing Virgin Media circuits delivered at our Telford site. Although no services are currently disrupted, these circuits should be presently be considered at risk.
Remedial work will be required by Virgin Media to assess the damage and repair the section. We will provide updates when we have further information.
