During the above window, we will be carrying out an emergency reload of one of our LNS’s, due to a potential problem identified with the device. This will result in a brief outage for a small number of DSL users. Sessions are expected to automatically reconnect to an alternative LNS. Any users that remain down following the work may need to reboot their Customer Premises Equipment to restore connectivity.
