Posted: Tuesday, May 8th, 2018 at 15:22 by Mark Yardley

Tuesday 08th May 2018 23:00 – 23:59

In the above window we will be undertaking an emergency reload of our redbus-sov core router. This is a pre-emptive reload in order to mitigate software related issues being observed on the device. Further work on this device will be required and will be scheduled and communicated in the normal manner.

All services terminated in this location including leased lines, wholesale hand-off, transit and EWCS will be affected. All other traffic that would normally route through this location will take alternative paths. We anticipate no more than 20 minutes downtime during the reload.
