Emergency Work: Peterborough

During the above window we will be replacing the core router in PB1244, this is off the back of a TAC case we raised after a previous router replacement.

The work will effect all users connected to PB1244 and any users connected from PB1344 through PB1244. We do not anticipate downtime for the entire window. We apologise for the inconvenience these planned works will cause and we have exhausted all other possibilities before taking this customer impacting action.

Planned Work: Managed EWCS DSL Platform

During the above window we will be performing maintenance work on our Telehouse-East managed EWCS DSL platform.

Customers can expect to see PPP sessions reconnect during this work.
