Planned Work: lon4-rtr-1 (telehouse-east4.core) hardware upgrade

During the above window we will be performing a service impacting hardware upgrade to our core router at this location. All directly connected services will experience an outage during the maintenance window, this includes but is not limited to DIA, PWAN, WSLL, EWCS Broadband, DSL services and Customer Interconnects and any Customer based Transit or Peering.

Any traffic that would usually be routed through this node will take an alternative path for the duration of the work.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

    The above planned maintenance activity was unsuccessful due to a hardware failure. We have arranged for replacement hardware to be shipped to site and are working to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
