Thursday 11th June 2020, 00:01 – 01:30

After a power check within Columbo POP, BT identified an issue with part of the power infrastructure within one of our racks.

Therefore, BT will be undertaking emergency maintenance work in the above window which will require the power feeds to be moved, whilst an ATS is swapped within the rack. Although the core network router is not expected to experience any loss of service, customers connecting into the adjacent equipment will experience a small period of downtime.

  1. All work completed within the window without any unexpected downtime.

Friday 5th June 2019, 00:01 – 07:59

During the above window CityFibre will be carrying out an emergency maintenance on a Fibre joint between Reading & Bracknell.

Any directly affected services will be informed individually via email. Due to the Fibre joint carrying core links, resilience will be reduced in Bracknell. As a result, all services in Bracknell should be considered to be at risk during this period.
