During the above window we will be conducting an emergency reload of this device to resolve a software issue. Any xDSL sessions that currently land on this device will be disconnected, but will be able to reconnect to other available devices in the pool. Emergency Work: lon4-rtr-2

During the above window we will be carrying out an emergency reload of lon4-rtr-2 to resolve an issue with the device. Any directly connected customers will see a brief outage during the works. This will be limited to a subset of off-net Virgin Media tails that are delivered to this location. Additionally, some PWAN and Managed EWCS xDSL users may see sessions drop and re-establish.

Planned Work: BGP Process Restart cardiff.core

During the above window, we will be carrying out a restart to the BGP process due to a problem identified with this device. This will result in a brief outage for customers who terminate on this device. BGP Sessions are expected to automatically re-establish after the process restart. Any users that remain down following the work may need to reboot their Customer Premises Equipment to restore connectivity.

Planned Maintenance: Interxion PDU swap

During the above window we will be carrying out a swap of a PDU within rack 1 of our suite in Interxion.

Any Virgin Media circuits provided via Interxion will experience downtime during the above window.

Any BT Openreach circuits supplied via Interxion will be considered at risk for the duration of the above window.

Incident: Vodafone leased lines

We are currently aware of an incident affecting Vodafone leased line circuits. We are engaging with the supplier to investigate this issue and further updates will be provided soon.

    The supplier is currently investigating and confirms their hardware at the affected site is currently unreachable. We will provide further updates in the next hour.

    We are observing Vodafone Off-net services now starting to restore.
    Please ask any affected customers to power cycle their hardware on-site if they continue to experience issues.
    We will be reaching out to our 3rd party supplier for RFO once investigation of the incident will be completed on their end.

Third Party Planned Works: Virgin Media – Network Maintenance

During the above window, third-party supplier Virgin Media will be carrying out some maintenance on their Network. The maintenance will create a service outage however the outage period should only last for up to 5 hours; however a 6 hour timeframe has been given in the event of any unforeseen circumstances required and any associated none impacting work.

Peterborough, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Reading, Southend-on-Sea, Sheffield, Slough, Stirling, Swindon, Wakefield

During this window an outage will occur on any services using an Accedian NID as a network termination device. We expect the outage to last no more than 5 minutes per service, and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
