During the above window, third-party supplier Virgin Media will be carrying out some maintenance on their Network. The maintenance will create a service outage however the outage period should only last last for upto 8 x hours; however a 10x hour timeframe has been given in the event of any unforeseen circumstances required and any associated none impacting work including pre-work taking place between 23:00 hours and Midnight.

During the above window we will be carrying out service affecting upgrades to our PWAN Edge devices located in Interxion. During this window an outage will occur to any PWAN customers who have managed or unmanged firewalls (Standalone & HA), psudowires or cross connects terminating on these devices.
We expect no longer than a 5 minute outage per PWAN however the full duration of the maintenance window should be accounted for.

During the above window, we will be carrying out an emergency reload of one of our LNS’s, due to a potential problem identified with the device. This will result in a brief outage for a small number of DSL users. Sessions are expected to automatically reconnect to an alternative LNS. Any users that remain down following the work may need to reboot their Customer Premises Equipment to restore connectivity.
