During the above window we will be carrying out emergency maintenance work on Dillotford Avenue, Coventry. This is to resolve a fault in a joint which is currently impacting live services.
Customers will experience an outage during the maintenance window. We will do our best to complete maintenance work quickly and with as little disruption as possible.

During the above window CityFibre will be carrying out maintenance on a fibre joint between Birmingham & Coventry.
Any directly affected services will be informed individually via email. Due to the Fibre joint carrying core links, resilience will be reduced in Birmingham. As a result, all services in Birmingham should be considered to be at risk during this period.

During the above window we will be completing some none service affecting maintenance on a circuit terminating on SLO2. We will be moving the remote end of this circuit from Lon4 to Lon5
This activity is not expected to impact any live services due to having resilient links for the traffic to traverse.
