During the above window, we will be carrying out a restart to the BGP process due to a software bug encountered on these devices. This will result in a brief outage for IP customers who terminate on this device. BGP Sessions are expected to automatically re-establish after the process restart. Any users that remain down following the work may need to reboot their Customer Premises Equipment to restore connectivity.
